Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may be able return an item if:

  • It is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • It is returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-edition items (unless faulty)

2. Incorrect Size or Change of Mind
  • You may be able to return or exchange for another size, style, or a store credit.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we will:

  • Repair

  • Replace

  • OR Refund

Please email hello@tattooednun.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the fault

  • Description of the issue

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 3–10 business days depending on the bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the fault was ours.

5. Exchanges

To ensure stock availability, we may ask you to:

  1. Purchase the replacement item, then

  2. Return the original for a refund

Or we can hold stock temporarily upon request.

6. How to Start a Return

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
