1. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

• Delivery location

• Package weight

• Courier service

We do not profit from shipping costs.

New Zealand

Tyically 5-7 business days

International

Tattooed Nun uses suppliers that fulfill orders locally. Delivery times can vary by country, but are typically within 5-7 business business days.
In the unlikely event they occur, customs delays may affect delivery times and are outside our control.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Due to the nature of our order fulfilment process, it is unlikely any International customs, duties or taxes will be due. However, in the unlikley event this occurs, our customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes that may apply.

Tattooed Nun is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Order Tracking

Most orders include tracking. A tracking link will be emailed once the item is shipped.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

• Replacement or refund outcomes depend on the courier’s resolution
